Quote and timeline is approved by vendor and deposit delivered, work can begin.
 
Overall work can begin immediately. Timeline will depend on scope of work.
Design & Build
Homeowner needs to designer
 
Designer issues a design service scope and build quote based on budget
 
Once a design contract has been signed a design timeline will be issued
 
Once final drawings and finishes have been approved. Build timeline will begin.
 
Overall the design process itself will take 4-6 weeks depending on scope
Repair Service or Mitigation
Homeowner requests repair or mitigation via text or email
 
Within 24 hours an appointment for service will be scheduled
 
Overall: mitigation should take place no later than 72 hours of the damaging event
